Service Bookings and Payments

When you book a consultation or service with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Payment for services must be made according to the payment terms specified at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods and terms will be communicated during the booking process. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and payment information at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

You agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address and payment method, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may charge interest on any past due amounts at a rate of one and a half percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies for our services are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit toward a future service.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund or credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for refunds.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the website, you agree not to:

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

In no event shall any claim, action, or proceeding brought by either party relating in any way to the website be commenced more than one year after the cause of action arose. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act are excluded from these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability
