We understand that circumstances can change, and we have developed this Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency in all our transactions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request refunds, credits, or service adjustments.
Because we provide professional consulting services rather than physical products, our return and refund policy is structured around service cancellations, rescheduling, and satisfaction guarantees. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before booking any services with us to understand your rights and our obligations.
This Return Policy applies to all services offered by Mobilitydetoxexp, including in-person consultations, virtual styling sessions, closet organization services, and any packages or bundles we may offer. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. To ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible while respecting our consultants' time, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:
Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of any payments made, or you may choose to receive a credit toward a future service of equal or lesser value. Credits do not expire and can be applied to any service we offer.
To cancel your appointment, please contact us via phone or email with your booking confirmation number and the date and time of your scheduled service. We will process your cancellation request within one business day and confirm the refund or credit via email.
Cancellations Made Between 24 and 48 Hours in Advance
For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we offer a partial refund of 50% of the service fee, or a credit for 75% of the service value toward a future appointment. This policy helps offset the cost of the reserved time slot that we may not be able to fill on short notice.
We understand that last-minute changes are sometimes unavoidable, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is because our consultants have reserved this time specifically for you and have prepared for your session. However, you may reschedule your appointment to a future date within 30 days, subject to availability, at no additional charge.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be retained, and no refund or credit will be issued. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you know you will be unable to attend your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. To ensure the best availability and minimize disruption, we ask that you follow these guidelines when rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment are accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment may be accommodated, but we cannot guarantee availability at your preferred time.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are treated as a same-day cancellation, and the policies described above will apply.
- Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rebooking fee.
- Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date.
To reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email with your booking confirmation number, the date and time of your current appointment, and your preferred new date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and will confirm the new appointment via email.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident in the quality of our services and the expertise of our consultants. However, we understand that every client has unique needs and expectations, and sometimes the outcome may not meet your expectations.
If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to understand the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include:
- A complimentary follow-up consultation to address your concerns and provide additional guidance.
- A partial refund proportionate to the aspects of the service that did not meet your expectations.
- A credit toward a future service with a different consultant if you prefer a different approach or perspective.
- Additional resources, guides, or recommendations to help you achieve your style goals.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover situations where you have provided inaccurate information about your preferences, needs, or measurements, or where you have chosen not to follow our recommendations. We provide professional advice based on our expertise, but ultimately, the decision to implement our recommendations is yours.
Service Package Refunds
If you have purchased a service package that includes multiple sessions or services, the following refund policies apply:
- Unused portions of a service package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a package discount adjustment fee of 15%.
- If you have used more than half of the services included in your package, refunds for the remaining services will be calculated at the individual service rate rather than the discounted package rate.
- Package credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
- Service packages must be used within one year of purchase. Unused services after this period will expire and are not eligible for refund.
- If a service package includes promotional add-ons or bonuses, these items are non-refundable and will not be included in refund calculations.

Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and service vouchers purchased from Mobilitydetoxexp are subject to the following terms:
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any service we offer.
- Promotional vouchers may have expiration dates and restrictions that are noted at the time of issuance.
- If a service is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
- Gift cards can be applied toward the purchase of service packages but cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method whenever possible. Please note the following regarding refund processing:
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Bank transfers or alternative payment method refunds may take 10-15 business days to process.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
- Refunds will be issued in the currency of the original transaction.
- Any currency conversion fees or bank charges associated with the refund are the responsibility of the client.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed, including details of the refund amount and the expected timeline for the funds to appear in your account.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. In cases of documented emergencies, including but not limited to family emergencies, sudden hospitalization, or natural disasters, we may waive or modify our standard cancellation policies at our discretion.
If you believe you have a qualifying exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible with documentation supporting your request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation while maintaining fairness for all clients.
Additionally, if we are unable to provide a scheduled service due to circumstances on our end, such as consultant illness or unforeseen closures, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
